The safety of our customers and staff remains of the utmost importance to us at this time. We have taken steps to re-configure our store so you can shop in a safe and socially distanced environment and our staff are undergoing extensive training ahead of re-opening.

We will be implementing a number of changes throughout our store including limiting the number of customers allowed in at any one time. We have also introduced the option to book an appointment ahead of your visit. By booking an appointment, and arriving at your scheduled time, you can be sure to avoid having to queue if we have reached our store limit.

Signage and information points have been installed throughout our store communicating the procedures in place to ensure safe social distancing throughout your visit.
There will be a limit on the number of customers in-store at any one time and if we’ve reached our store limit, we ask you to queue along the left side of the arcade and floor markings have been installed to keep us all right.
A member of our team will welcome you at the entrance to the shop. Face coverings and other PPE will be worn by staff during your visit. They will keep you right on the one-way system we have in-store, advise on hand sanitising procedures and answer any questions you may have.
Our store layout has been adapted to allow safe social distancing to be observed throughout. Our re-configured servicing area has been fitted with screens and will be limited to one customer at a time. All our desks have been fitted with Perspex screens for added protection.
Throughout our store frequent cleaning and disinfecting of jewellery, watches, surface areas and furniture will be taking place. Staff temperatures will be monitored daily to ensure they are well enough to work.
Although our one-way system is in place, if you are unable to use the stairs you will be able to exit through our main entrance and will be escorted by one of our team.
