In line with Government guidelines, our shop is now temporarily closed until further notice. We are proud to offer FREE DELIVERY on all UK orders, regardless of size. These are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery and should arrive the next day. Click & Collect is also temporarily suspended online. Please note click and collect is not available if you wish to pay with finance.

We are not offering Click & Collect during the current lockdown restrictions. We will update our website when we are able to offer Click & Collect once again.
Delivery Schedule and Shipping Options
We will normally dispatch your order the same day, if the item is in stock and the order is placed before 2pm. We send UK orders by special delivery and they should arrive next day.
All orders come gift wrapped but are packaged inside and sent out in Plain packing with no mention of Jamieson & Carry on the outside.

We use FedEx or Royal Mail for international deliveries. International shipping can take up to 10 days and will incur additional fees highlighted at the checkout.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your online purchase, please return it to us in its original condition within 14 days. We are happy to exchange the item, or we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (exclusions apply). *

*Please note you are unable to return goods made to your specifications. This includes an item that has been altered to a specific finger or wrist-size or if the goods are clearly personalised.
*Please be aware of the following conditions should you wish to return a TAG Heuer Connected watch. If the watch is paired to a mobile phone and you wish to return it, then a factory reset must be selected on the watch to ensure all of the information from your mobile is erased. If this has not been completed we are unable to issue a refund or exchange.
If the watch is paired to a mobile but has also been registered on the Connected watch website, then the watch cannot be returned as it is not possible to de-register this and the watch will be forever linked to this account. Therefore the 14 day return and 28 day exchange policy is no longer valid on your purchase making the Connected watch non-returnable.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
The prices quoted include UK VAT at a rate of 20% for orders made from the UK or the European Union.
