Delivery Details & Returns (COVID-19 Update)
We may have had to close our shop but you can still shop with us online. Since we first opened our doors in 1733 our mission has been to deliver the best retail experience possible and that will continue.

Delivery Charges, Schedule and Shipping Options
Jamieson & Carry offers FREE DELIVERY on all UK orders, regardless of size. We normally look to ship your order the same day if ordered before 2pm however there will be a short delay in our shipping schedules during this time.
We will confirm your estimated delivery date on receipt of your order. If you have any queries before placing an order please email firstname.lastname@example.org and one of our team will be delighted to help.
All orders come gift wrapped but are packaged inside and sent out in Plain packing with no mention of Jamieson & Carry on the outside.
We use FedEx or Royal Mail for international deliveries. International shipping can typically take up to 10 days although may be longer due to the ongoing coronavirus situation. International orders will incur additional fees highlighted at the checkout.
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your online purchase, please notify us within 14 days of receiving it. We will then advise you on how to return your purchase. We are happy to exchange the item, or we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.* We would encourage you to notify us as quickly as possible if you wish to make a return.
To notify us you would like to make a return please email email@example.com. We will then supply you with address details on where to send your return.

*Please be aware of the following conditions should you wish to return a TAG Heuer Connected watch. If the watch is paired to a mobile phone and you wish to return it, then a factory reset must be selected on the watch to ensure all of the information from your mobile is erased. If this has not been completed we are unable to issue a refund or exchange.
If the watch is paired to a mobile but has also been registered on the Connected watch website, then the watch cannot be returned as it is not possible to de-register this and the watch will be forever linked to this account. Therefore the 14 day return and 28 day exchange policy is no longer valid on your purchase making the Connected watch non-returnable.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
The prices quoted include UK VAT at a rate of 20% for orders made from the UK or the European Union.
