Book an in-store or virtual appointment
We have implemented a number of changes throughout our store including limiting the number of customers allowed in at any one time. We have also introduced the option to book an appointment ahead of your visit.
In-store appointment
Our in-store appointments are available in one-hour blocks and can be booked across the day. By booking an appointment, and arriving at your scheduled time, you can be sure to avoid having to queue if we have reached our store limit.
Virtual appointment
If you would prefer not to visit us in-store, we are also now offering virtual appointments via online video calling platform Zoom.
Keeping you safe
The safety of our customers and staff remains of the utmost importance to us. We have been taking steps to re-configure our store so you can shop in a safe and socially distanced environment and our staff are undergoing extensive training ahead of re-opening.
