Established in 1733 in Aberdeen, Jamieson & Carry is an independent, family-owned and run jewellery business. We pride ourselves on delivering an unrivalled quality and service, caring for your treasured timepieces like they are our own.
Our state-of-the-art Watch Service Centre is designed to meet the highest specifications and exacting standards of our watch brands. Our skilled watchmakers are Rolex-trained and offer a wide range of servicing and repairs.
Our extensive watch servicing and repairs service includes:
- Full servicing of your mechanical movement
- Waterproof testing and re-sealing
- Strap and bracelet replacements & repairs
- Bracelet Adjustment
- Replacement Glass
- Watch cleaning and refinishing
- Battery replacements for a range of watch brands
For some brands, we will need to send your timepiece away to the manufacturer. This can be discussed with our team when you visit us to discuss your repair.

When dropping off your watch for its service or repair, please visit us in-store at 142 Union Street in Aberdeen where one of our team will discuss your requirements. We will answer any questions you have about the service or repair, including estimated timescales. Once your watch is ready for collection, we will be in touch to let you know.
