Job Vacancy - Sales Consultant – Watches & Jewellery
We have an exciting opportunity available to join our Sales team at Jamieson & Carry. We are looking for Sales people who want to provide and be part of our customer’s experience whilst shopping with us.
Are you outgoing, friendly and love beautiful & luxurious items? Do you want to learn more about watches, jewellery or gems? If so then we are looking for the right people to join our team.
About the role – Your main duties involve:
- Greeting customers in a timely, professional and personable manner
- Giving customers outstanding service by understanding their needs and recommending the right products & services
- Ensuring appropriate presentation, display, organisation, storing and replenishment of stock to maximise sales and security
- Sharing product knowledge with customers while making personal recommendations, and forming professional relationships with customers
- Performing merchandising tasks, such as stock, re-merchandising, display, pricing, and transfers
- Receiving and booking in repairs
About you:
- You should have...
- An outstanding ability to provide the top-level customer service
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Have a keen interest in jewellery, gems and watches
- Previous experience of working in a customer facing role
- Basic computer skills
- The ability to maintain professional relationships and a positive attitude with customers and colleagues
- Patience in abundance
- Good team working skills
