First phase of a seven-figure redevelopment plan completed

The refurbishment has been a quarter-of-a-million pound investment for the business. Customer experience remains at the forefront of our minds and the redevelopment has enabled us to increase the size of our retail areas and completely refresh the Rolex presence within the store.

We are proud to be Aberdeen’s only authorised retailer of Rolex watches. As part of the re-design of the store we were able to double the size of the Rolex area by relocating management offices and utilising these areas for retail space. The new Rolex area was completely designed by Rolex HQ in Geneva and we are very impressed with what they created.

The new modern space allows more watches to be showcased than ever before. We were also able to create a new private area for clients behind the Rolex wall. This new area means clients can enjoy the Rolex experience at their own pace, in a more relaxing and memorable environment.

As part of the refurbishment we also upgraded all the lighting throughout the store to LED. Not only does this make the store more environmentally friendly but they also provide brighter lights for showcasing our collections.
